CAYLI was started in 1995 by the Faulkner County Leadership Institute (FCLI). Over 500 students have graduated from the program.
UCA Outreach partnered with Faulkner County Leadership Institute and school districts throughout Faulkner County in 2018.
Past Class’ Service Project
- 2019 – Cleaned and built Garden beds for Compass Academy
- 2020 – Supplies for Conway City Animal Shelter
- 2021 – Pen Pals with Senior Health and Rehab
- 2022 – Built three Free Little Libraries
- 2023 – Built a Free Little Library and bench and held two reading days at various schools in Faulkner County
- 2024 – Built gift baskets for the girls at HAVEN
